I will say it again but they all effed up real bad at various points. Everybody is to blame a great deal. It is really sad because even the time for pointing fingers had passed.
After a story such as this, I hope Dylan's future psychologist either in prison or in some institution (if he ends up in one) believes this because damn. You do not make this up :(
